The idea behind this app is good, however, the goals ramp up very quickly. An improvement would be if there were varying plans to choose from based on your fitness level. It would also be nice if, on a day you attain the daily goal or on the rest day, you can bank additional push ups done for the next day.

The app forces you to follow their plan. You can't just do push ups at your own pace/fitness level. It will only allow you to track the number of pushups they decide for each given day. Some days force over 150 pushups. My plan was to evenly distribute the pushups to an average of 80 per day. This app doesn't allow that. You'd need a 2nd app or a piece of paper to keep track of your own progress. Very cumbersome and short sighted. Poor design.

Amazing app. Everything was easy to access, and gave great information on mental health. Though small, I love the way to add push-ups to your day, and the achievements with their own achievement/day-personalised messages. Just a small thing to fix would probably be the ability to access absolutely everything on the website that's on the app. It would also help if you could improve the app's performance on old phones. Overall, amazing app.
